Note on Marriage
The James who married Jane Dubless was married and had children in the same area as John Teevan and Mary Jacobs. Moreover, his daughter was living with John and Mary in 1841.
I did think at first that he was John's brother - however since John's eldest son was called James and was a widower by his second marriage in 1840, I believe that he was John's son.
Note on Husband: James Teevan
James was a widower when he married Eliza.
When James married Eliza he was working as a carpenter, and still living in Drury Lane, while Eliza's usual residence was Alfred Place, Chester. They were married by the Established Church after Banns, and the witnesses were James Kendall and Caroline Daney.
