Note on Marriage
The 1900 census shows the couple lrenting a home in Hancock Street, Kings. William put his date of birth as Jan 1849, but earlier census returns at his parents' home show him as older than Mary (born 1848). He was working as a builder.
In 1910, William and Henrietta lived in Herkimer Street, Brooklyn, Kings, New York. William worked as a carpenter and they still had no children.
By 1930, William was lodging with the family of a plumber in Kings. In his late 80s, William was unsurprisingly retired.
