Note on Husband: Thomas Foster Teevan
Enlisted in the Canadian forces in WW1, in 1915. He originally put his mother as his next of kin, but this was scored out and replaced with Ethel Annie Elizabeth Teevan, c/o Mrs Chesterman, 42 Keeper Road, Clapham, London. As the "no" under married was crossed out and replaced with "yes", this shows he must have married this Ethel, and right before going to war.
He was described as 5 ft 7 1/2 with blue eyes, light brown hair and a medium complexion. He said that his religion was the Church of England.
